formula toy help!!!!!!!!!!

HAS ANYONE HERE BUILT THE TUBE SECTION FOR A FORMULA TOY THEM SELF? I'M NOT BUYING WHAT I CAN FIGURE OUT ON MY OWN WITH SOME TIPS.

I helped a budy with one a few years back. Have you looked at hendrix motorsports website? I am pretty sure they have the demension on there.

or you can find a pic of one you like and scale it based on a known dimension (wheel size, etc.)

thank for help everyone , i'm needing measurments on the parts not listed on hendrix. have never built anything like this as far as cage work,but have watched it alot but don't have that contact any more. does anyone have cage i can come look at?

You can't race your home built Ftoy can you? Thought it had to be spec numbered from Hendrix or something...

If it is not going to be raced, why build it to look like a f-toy? IMO they leave a lot to be desired in the looks dept, and too many people have one.

oh, I agree 100% with that. Building a cage around a toyota frame is a great way to go for a budget wheeler. I was just talking about making it look better than an f-toy, they are an old design and look really dated nowadays. But, If you like how they look, no problems!

it's just something about them i like you know. got 2 kids and a wife, gotta bugget build. the only way to have a buggy on a lo $ ! gotta keep in the game.
