Frame shop in or near Winston Salem

I need an integrated rear bumper ( I guess that's what it's called ) just pushed back up a couple of inches.
I don't need anything else .... just the push.
And of course, price is always an issue, but .... needs to be done.

Where to go in Winston Salem? Actually in Walnut Cove.
