Free dog to a good home

Came home today and my neighbor had this guy. She found him running down the road with a 10 ft logging chain around his neck. I would guess he is 9 mo. to a year old. He is extremely loving and has a great disposition. He seems to be use to other animals as the neighbor has two dogs and 8 cats and they've all been getting along. If anyone is interested please pm me for contact info.

That's exactly why they don't have him.

certain "types" of dog owners tie heavy log chains to their dogs to build up their muscles, im sure the cable he is on now is not what he had on when he appeared, i wish i had the time to spend with him he deserves he is a good looking dog!!

the lead in the picture is not what the dog was on when he was found. The rust stains on his fur tell quite a tale.

I understand with the limited info I gave how you would think it was shady but this was a large chain secured with a caribeener (sp?) no collar at all.
