Had a friend of mine busted with snow! Don't hear from anymore..............

He got caught with the ''pure''.

He was melting down the snow..removing any impurities,Then he would use temperature manipulation to refreeze the snow into a very tightly compacted state...

and making ''Ice'' ... is Federal Time.
