Frickin cam bolts...

...are rusted to the bushing sleeve. I've had similar problems before but not with control arms. Anybody been successful getting them out? Should I start looking for two control arms and cam bolts? Anybody got 2 control arms and cam bolts I can get?

if you can't pb blaster them enough to get them off i'm pretty sure i have a couple extra control arms you could have.

The slot in the bolt allows water/mud in the sleeve. We had to cut both bolts off. Then drill/press out the remnants from the johnny joint ball. Real fun. Danny was lucky I had some left over from when I had the ZJ. Jeep place or Rubicon carry them but they're $$$. You might try to just get rid of them and use regular bolt.

I've got left over regular bolts but the axle is cam bolt. I don't think regular works with the cam bolt axle.

It will after you weld in a thick washer

I BFH'ed the bolts until I had enough to cut off then soaked them in penetrant and pounded out what was left. Had some leftover non cam bolts and used them with some big washers. I'd still like to find some cam bolts cause I don't care for the wandering that I am getting in the wind.
