Friends on here flooded....

My basement flooded over the weekend....does that count?

I know there are a few on here that live in Rocky Mount and one or two in Kinston...they got it pretty bad in general, hopefully they made out alright.

Our shop is just across 301 from the Tar river. It is in the flood plain but we did not flood. Looks worse downstream from Rocky Mount.

Anvilrubi hasn't reared his head in a while. The Black River down in Sampson county is flooding heavily also and he is down that way. Real low, flat lands down that way.

I had his number last year but he wasn't built right for me to commit it to my cell phone for very long.

we got anybody on here flooded out.Anvilrubi...you ok down in Ivanho?
I'm alive I stay in Clinton now. Went down to check on my parents Wednesday , water levels exceeded Floyd. My dad did have to take the boat and save a lady that was bobbing up and down on the top of her exploder. Luckily my parents are on very high ground, lots of good friends ended up with much flood damage. The two churches are built high enough water didn't make it into them.

Where I'm at in Goldsboro, the water was about 18" or more higher than Floyd. We had massive amounts of damage at work we will be repairing for months.

Water probablly was around 22 to 24 inches higher than Floyd. Here in Sampson and duplin about the only good roads are 421 and i40 everything else is shut down

Lumberton took a pretty hard hit. We had water in the yard but never reached the house. City is underwater. Took out our cities water treatment plant. We'll be out of water for 2-4 weeks. Still no power. Our county water system is up and running.

I95 still impassable through town. Many other roads have huge washouts as well. Going to be a mess for a while.
