Mortgage payments, that is. I closed on my new home last Wednesday. 
It's been a long row to hoe since losing my last in the divorce, but after 18 months I'm finally going to be out of this damn apartment and back in a house. I've got to do some minor work/upgrades as it's been a rental for a number of years, but I'll be moved by the end of the month. I'm stoked to once again have my own yard in which to park my non-running Jeep, a fire pit, and a little privacy.
