Just punted a Lumina into the woods with the front of the CTD. Beyond the sheet metal damage the upper and lower A arms are bent up...

Anyone have recomendations on where to take it to be fixed in the Chapel Hill area? Is the stealership (Morgan Dodge) the best place?

The dealer will just send it out somewhere, I wouldn't bother.

The shop I normally use is in Raleigh/Cary, sorry.

Kenny Hawkins automotive is who I always brought the car to...

Let Carl Rasmussen fix it, he's becoming good with the CTD's..

i know a guy in fuquay that can do the sheet metal and paint
I took my truck to Atlantic tire on Miami blvd they have the equipment to handle the supension and stuf.

May need to do it with Carl...Insurance is talking about totaling it...Without even looking at it. It's 11 years old with 180K on the clock..:shaking:

I'll know more on it next week.

Oh, I ran into her fair and square...Amazing what a Dodge 3500 will do to the back end of a Lumina...poor girl was all of 19, don't think she had ever been in an accident before...She was a "bit shaken up"...I feel bad for her...they are likely to total her car...and not give her chit for it...We will see how it all shakes out.

I had the same thing happen in January. I was able to fix mine myself and make money. The guy that I hit got a 15k settlement from the bank and bought an 07 Acura TL. I guess he really made out. Good luck with getting yours fixed
