I have an 1983 CJ7 with 33" AT tires on 10" rims , the stock Dana 30 front end . Tie rod ends and shocks have been replaced over the years . The right lower ball joint was replaced before I got this front end . My tires keep cupping (mainly on the inside ) and getting out of round . The left tire is worst than the right . Any ideas what I should replace ?

Check the wheel bearings, if they are to loose it's basically like having a bad tie rod and ball joints. So jack her up and check to see how bad they are. If your lucky they'll still be good and then just clean um up, repack them and adjust them

Don't just guess and throw parts at it. You need to find the problem. Jack it up and wiggle the tire to see what is moving that shouldn't. If you don't know then take it in for an alignment. They won't be able to do the alignment without replacing the bad part. Tell them no thanks and replace it yourself.

sounds like a alighnment problem also how often are they rotated that could cause problems also
