Front Truss Welding

I am looking for somewhere close to Fayetteville that can weld a front truss on to my 2006 Dodge Ram. The truss can be welded on with the axle still on the truck. Here is some more info on the truss and install. This is a tube truss that is below the axle on the front and it requires preloading when being installed.

I do not know how to weld or know anyone who can is why I am looking for a shop to weld this on.
