you trying to put it behind where the stock seat would be?

Yeah, I am talking more about the specific to putting it there. What parts are needed, etc. I am doing some research online but thought someone here my know a little more. I will post a picture of what my setup will look like with the seat and the fuel cell.

It'll fit behind the stock seat and holds 16 or 18 gallons. Lots of info on Pirate about it.

the 2161 is a 15-gallon tank...and is 8" wide...

the 2191 is a 19-gallon (what I'm running) that's 12" wide, and doesn't fit behind the seat, as I understand it...

John...let me go find the link on ROF that has the details...

you can use your stock setup, but if you want to put it that far back, you'll have to extend the lines...I put mine right behind the front seats, and was able to use the stock lines...

you'll have to register (if you haven't already) to read it...stupid snobby Rubi owners...

Hey thanks, I should have plenty of room because only Johnnys Preemy seat is going to be mounted behind there. I think the 19 gallon is what we want. I have heard a lot about using the stock unit but also that it is not good to do. I am looking at a Holley sending unit right now. Thanks for the link.

got any pictures of yours you could post greg?

Just read the entire post. Good stuff overthere. I think I will do that set up but cant have the tank up where yours is. I have to build a small firewall behind Johnnys seat. THe picture below are pretty much how it will be. Of course tubing will be added throughout to support everything.
The main changes will be the large tube that goes behind the seat will be tied in two the chage and the entire peice will have so 3/16 added to protect my son in case of fire/explotion. I know this will not prevent a lot but it gives me a little peice of mind. *saftey first*

I am also thinking about putting more steel around the tank itself but I dont think I am. I just need more room for storage so depending on how much room is on top of the cell I may make a steel cover so more can be stacked or straped to it. Still thinking about it.

The front seats will not be monted like that either. I will have one that goes straight across for both mounts.
