Most orbitals cannot be identified by their part numbers. If others are like Char-Lynn orbitals, the part number is a "drawing number" for a particular customer for a particular application. (I think that's probably why they are so expensive! They are built per customer orders!)
I'm not 100% sure, but when they have the (5th port) aux port, it is a "power beyond" orbital; a source for non steering related hydraulic pressure. I believe these are load sensing, closed center orbitals. They only "steer" when they "sense" a load applied (turning the wheel). Otherwise the steering ports are closed and the aux port is open. (someone correct me if this isn't true!

That said... Yes, it would operate a cylinder, but...as stated above...if you can't establish that it is an open center, (or if you could possibly run a circuit from the aux port back to tank) I wouldn't mess with it. You'll tear stuff up! And even then, it would be impossible to tell how quick or slow it would be until the entire system is built and mounted. Lotta work!
