Fun Entrepreneur Question

Self storage is a definite win... Plus when they don't pay and don't return calls, auction it as a whole unit.. ala storage wars. Suppose a stipulation may be added for a percentage of profits maybe? Not sure if that's legal or not.. self auto repair bays seem like a good idea, but you'd need a mechanic to be the guy to run the place in case people get stuck, have a guy there that can fix it for them if they rub into an issue. Most have "shop" tools that can be rented with or without the mechanic, whichever way it's set up.. could even gear it towards our community, adding a welder, pipe bender, plasma, etc.. part fab shop, mostly repair or whatever. There was one of these in rutherfordton across from a gas station in a shop that had changed hands no less than 5 times in the past ten years but it flopped. Last thing it was a plumber head quarters and rent a bay.. all but one has a lift. Nice place right off 221 but bad place as far as blind traffic. Anyone from this county knows where I'm talking about.

Storage is hot right now, and if the economy gets tight again it will get even tighter. People may loose their house but don't wanna let go of their things, so they will pay to store their junk.

I rented a tow dolly from Uhaul the other day and the storage company that did the rental was in a new facility. I asked the girl behind the desk how they were doing and she said they had 500 units and only 20 were available. Somebody is crushing it!

I hear car lots are gold mines. Maybe we should do that. Buy some shitboxes at auction and sell them for twice as much.
It really is so fucking easy. I'm thinking about moving in to a consulting roll
