Has anybody ever ordered anything from them? We put our order in on June 4th and still have not received any furniture. The salesman said 6-8 weeks and it is well past that. A few weeks into the wait, the salesman calls up and says that the fabric that we picked out for the recliners was discontinued, so Theresa went down and picked out some new stuff. He told her at that time it should be two more weeks and it would be done, that was June 26thish.

Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with them before.

If it weren't for CaverDave, we would have been sitting on the floor for the month of June until our shipment from Japan came in, now, we're sitting on lawn furniture

You had better be getting a MUCH better deal from them cause they screwed up.
Everything we've gotten from them, (Other than my wife liking entirely to expensive of stuff) has come in on time, and in nice shape.

First, the domestic furniture industry is depressed and production is constipated. Fabrics do turnover quite frequently thus the high probability that your pattern has been discontinued.

Wife ordered a Ridgeway clock from them several years ago. We were advised that it would be 4 weeks for delivery. 4 weeks later it was ready for PU at FL. So, our experience was good.
