I'm not very familiar with Jeep stuff specifically, but most fuse blocks are really just like a big multi-circuit connector. They have crimp terminals that come in from the back (like a relay base connector, for example) and they click into place with a latch molded into the fuse block. So if you can find the proper crimp terminal for that fuse block, it can be repaired. You'll need to make/buy a terminal extractor for that type of terminal (sometimes a small screwdriver, etc., can be used) but you can probably figure it out when you're looking at the replacement crimp terminal. In the picture below, the terminal latches into place with a "barb" on each side, so you need to deflect the barb out of the way to slide the terminal out of the fuse block.
I don't know who makes the fuse blocks for Jeeps so I can't help on that part of it.
