Spoke with someone at the Ranger District office again... the 2012 OHV passes *finally* showed up from Asheville and were wrong! 
So they have to be reprinted.
For anyone interested and especially the 12 Days of NC4x4 winners... sorry.
I've held off sending stickers and koozies out so I could do everything at once, especially since I kept hearing "they'll be here/ready next week"...
