In case anyone needs the info, I just got my custom Scout II bumpers back from Carolina Custom Powder Coating in Cary, NC, and cannot say enough good things about their work (or the owners, for that matter). They turned my bumpers around in less than a day and they look better than they did when I received them (or how they should have looked - long story).
