Yeah, dealing with Galloways over the phone is a bad idea. It's not that they're bad people, it's just that they are not all on the same page and they're terribly disorganized. They'll tell you one thing over the phone, and then forget it by the time you get there. I really don't think they're trying to scam anyone, but they just aren't set up to deal with people over the phone. Two rules for dealing with Galloways- go there in person, and bring CASH. Lester will be much more willing to cut you a deal if you pull out the greenbacks instead of the plastic.

I went one time talk to lester and got a price on some new tires, came back 2 days later and he gave me a new price that was 100 more. then got mad when i question him over it and walk away. Todd came over and help me and his price was 50 cheaper then the first price.. Could folks but no one there is on same page lol But still got the largest used tire section i seen
