Once you figure it out! The first 3 ribs of mine probably took us 3 or 4hrs The right scaffolding would've helped We were knocking one out about every 30mins after that.I have one. 25x34. Fairly easy to put together.
I'm guessing thats what he's talking about.Like a Quonset?
I meant one of these. They come out and put it up in a day. At first I thought they were cheap, but after looking at one that was already built, it looked really sturdy. Really cheap too, About 7k for a 26 x 40

Dad has a 30 x 40. Pretty nice building. Only problem he had was the big snow 2 years ago. His building isn't heated so the snow accumulated on top (about 8") and wrinkled the top pretty good.

Ask questions first, I used to work for a competitor. Ask if they meet building codes and who is responsible for permits and inspections. If you are not concerned with this the buildings should be ok for your needs. If you are in an area where permits and inspections are likely, you may run into issues.
I'm getting ready to put up a 30x41 shed myself w/ a concrete floor and it has to have zoning and building permits. Mine is engineered and has 130mph wind load and 30 psf snow load.
Mine for now is just going to be a camper shed. I may later on close the sides and ends in. Just not right now. All I need is to get some things like my camper and skid steer out of the weather. That shop and a ready heater means game on! Bad ass little shop.... I may want to copy this thing, keep all the paper work!!!!
