Gaming consoles

We got the littlest nephew a Switch a couple years ago & it was awesome! Super versatile in that he could play by himself or into the TV for multi-player. I think last year we got him a PS5 & while he likes it, pretty sure it mainly just sits.

Now, he wants an Oculus VR & I don't even know where to start (send help please!)

@Curtis_H just got his boy a vr set. But I think he’s enjoying it more than the kid lol 😂

I was never a gamer so the VR is pretty wild to me. It is definitely fun but little scary to hand to a kid. Outside of the normal games they can enter all these virtual worlds and talk to anyone. I do not care for that. I am still trying to figure out all the parental controls but so far they do not seem to be as restrictive as I would like. We have not had it but about a week but they are not allowed to play it outside our presence, they have to stay out of the worlds talking to strangers and I like to cast what they are seeing to my phone until i understand more of what all it can do and access. It’s alot more than just games.

Thank you!!!! I had no clue it did all that & lord knows he'd be in there talking to all of them 😂
