And just a point to the mods, I'd be careful having the secret room deal and then having it leaked out that there is one. Another forum I'm on has one for paying members and they were warned by their lawyers about having one.

Many, many boards have sub-forums with restrictions... based on age, thread count, donation status, even marital status. As long as the board is a privately owned/held entity, no legal issues involved.
