Gas for 46 CJ2a?

What type of gas are folks using out there for older Jeeps that were built for the old Regular (Leaded) stuff?

Are you adding Lead or Octane booster?

This is for a "Go Devil" 4 banger

when I had mine I got the lead additive fron wallyworld had no problems out of it

I put hardened exhaust seats and bronze valve guides in mine years ago so unleaded gas wouldn't cause excessive wear.Expensive but well worth the money. That was back in 92 and the last time I went into the motor,all was good.

My brother keeps 110 octane leaded gas for his race car. I just always put about eight or nine gallons of 87 and a dash of the good stuff. Works so far.
