Gas in Mocksville 3.37

Dont know if its actually true, but I heard Mocksville has the cheapest gas in the country...Thatd be cool.

3.37 at Murphys wal-mart 3.38 and 3.39 at the others.

Exit 170 I 40. Go to the citgo and tellem Dylan sent ya!

I forgot to look at diesel prices but they are good too.

What are the prices in your town?
 
heck yeah! I've been gone for a week or more (losing track of the days already...I left on the 27th or 28th) so I can't speak for current times but the Tuesday before I left, I paid $4.19 a gallon for diesel at a Sunoco in Fayetteville. on the way home from there, I passed a Kangaroo right up the road from my house that had diesel for $3.89.
 
man, this is the 3rd time today I've heard about cheap gas in M-ville, didnt know cheapest in the country. I paid 3.58 in Greensboro (I40/Sandy Ridge WilcoHess) today.
 
$3.44 at the Sheetz in Asheboro.
 
gotta go to Christy trucking in the morning. i shoulda waited to fill up.
 
I don't know about cheapest in the country, but it is regularly 10-15 cents cheaper than Salisbury and about 10 cents cheaper than Statesville.

But according to NorthCarolinagasprices.com Colombia, NC has $3.09 gas while Mocksville is #2 at $3.35. SC has multiple places with gas in the $3.teens.

I do plan my trips to fill up in Mocksville any time I'm passing through.
 
I didnt believe that it could be true, that M ville was the cheapest..I just heard it several times. I bet that place in GA(1st exit leaving FLA) is probably even cheaper...its always cheap there.

I just drove through Columbia a couple of days ago and there gas prices were the highest between Raleigh and Nags Head. They have a sunoco station there that must have gold in their gas...really expensive. nothing there less than $3.75

Never been there, heck never even heard of it, just reporting what the website said the cheapest gas in NC was...
 
That's about what it was in SC last weekend. $3.35ish...
 
wtf? Why is gas so expensive where I am? I'm still paying $3.70+. I'll be in Mocksville tomorrow night. Reckon I'll fill up there.

I know the station, although I usually stop at that truck stop. Friend or not, the owners getting customers with or without your help at those prices :lol:
 
Thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure and fill up there on my way to Farm. Tow rig get 8 mpg runnin 93 so i need all the help i can get.
 
Happened to be going through there yesterday and getting low right at exit 170. Filled up at the Citgo but didn't go in. They also had good clean windshield squeegee's and water. Thanks dude.
