Gas situation along I-81 s. of Wytheville into TN

Figured this was a pretty specific question, so didn't want to clog up the Gas Shortage thread.

Anybody have any word on the gas situation along Interstate 81 headed South from Wytheville into Tennessee??
 
I've been checking Love's and Pilot's websites. They list fuel prices for all of the stations, which suggests (but doesn't confirm) that they ought to be operational.
 
As of this morning they said on the radio that TN had plenty of gas and for people to stop panic buying, BUT my nephew was at the Rod runs this weekend in PF and had to go all the way to the int to find any gas.Might have just been cause they were so many people that were driving in a concentrated area,who knows?? I'm not far off 81 we can get ya some gas if it came down to that.
