I have an 08 V10 with 4.10 and it's more than enough for the standard jeep and trailer. It likes to rev high, but has enough power to get through the mountains. 130k and there have been no issues with the engine or trans. Around 11-12 mpg driving unloaded and 7-9 mpg towing.
