I'm sure adding 200hp is totally "cool" with the stock cooling system too.
But I get it, some people like big HP numbers and others like big diesel torque. I like torque and mpg.
FWIW, the 7.3 real world fuel economy numbers are exactly what you would expect from a big gasser, and exactly what always happens with Ford's BS inflated MPG numbers:
