I spent about an hour with GE "customer service" today. Apparently if GE sells recalled dishwashers they expect you to work around GE's schedule to get it fixed. This is VERY user unfriendly as GE only offers a 8 hour window M-F for repairs. This leaves no time for repairs to be completed if you work during these hours. After talking to someone higher up in the department, they offered a Saturday a month out. I am VERY disappointed with the lack of willingness to work with their consumers. When I've had recalled products fixed in the past, the company who made the product was extremely accommodating to customers schedules. I guess GE should take lessons from Samsung on customer service.
 
Sounds like charter communications, they suck ass too.
