Gear Oil Recom

What gear oil are you guys using in your dana rear-ends with posi units 75w-140 ?? 75w-110 ?? 80w-90 ??

I believe my Ford shop manuals say 80w-90 plus friction modifier. So that's what I use...but none of my rigs see real hard towing or offroad action at the moment.
