Gear selection for a Jeep CJ5

I have wide track dana 30 and amc 20 axles on my Jeep CJ5. They have 3.07 gear ratio. I need to regear because I am running 35's. What gears can I run with out changing the differential.

The AMC20 carrier is fine, all gears except 2.73 use the same carrier.
For the D30, you'll need a new carrier to make a gear swap worthwhile, break is between 3.54 and 3.73.

D30 carriers are cheap relative to the total cost of regearing. I wouldn't let the need of a new carrier be my deciding factor in what gears to run.

I still have my narrow track D30 with 3.54. Will the carrier out of it work to run 4.56-4.88?

I believe I found my answer to D30. 3.73 and up/ 3.54 and down.
