I have an 03 Wrangler 4.0. It has the D44 Rear and D30 Front with 3.73 gears. I am currently running 33x12.5 tires and the largest I will ever run is 35x12.5. I am looking to gain some more low end to make up for the lost gearing by putting bigger tires on and make it more capable on the trail. I don't do any rock climbing, just general offroad riding and mudding as well as daily driver. I was looking to change to either 4.56 or 4.10. What are you guys recommendations and why? Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same setup as you (2003 TJ, 4.0, dana30/44) and I am running 4.88s with 33s. The 4.88s are a little low on the road for 33s but are great offroad. I geared this low because I plan on running 35s in the very near future. 4.56 is probably a happy medium if you're not very into rocks and plan on keeping the 33s for a while

The Krawler always says, "Go Low Or Don't Go" :)To answer your question 4.56. I once had 35s with 4.88s, which would be my recommendation, and a 4Lo kit in the tcase. Drove it to Tellico many times, worked great!

OK, thanks everyone for your help. Where's the best/cheapest place to get good gears online?

I have 4.56 with 33s and I would be really happy with the same gearing and 35s since I do a fair amount of on road driving. I don't really need 1st gear with 33s on the road most of the time. In short, I would choose 4.56 for 33s or 35s.
