GenRight Cage Installation

Looking to have a cage welded in over the winter. Been looking at the GenRight kit because of the design and price. And recommendations on installation location? I would prefer somewhere in the Wilmington area but I am willing to travel. I do not have the welding skills to make sure the install doesnt take away from the functionality or compromise the safety aspect.
