T-shirts run pretty true.

Hoodies, it depends. Order a size up if you want a little extra coverage in the belly/plumber's crack area for working on the rig in the damp.

I have a couple of the NC4x4 blue/orange hoodies in 3xl. I'm 6'5" 330lbs...and the bottom of the hoodie is right at my hips/belt line.
