Getting Paint off a Lamp

Not a euphemism. Wife traded money or favors or something for this lamp that she doesn't like how it looks. She just wants the paint off. You can see everything we have tried in the background. Any other thoughts?

If none of that stuff has even touched it ..... I'm surprised the citri-strip didn't.
That's quite the nice piece. Nice enough that it might be fired so that the paint is baked on.

The paint being the design on the white glass?
 
Is it glass slurry melted into it possibly?
 
It's most likely baked on (in).
Hammer is your only choice.
Tell wife to suck it up and enjoy it like the creator intended.
 
Gonna be less trouble to get a different wife (maybe go with one that likes the lamp the way it is, because current one will likely leave the lamp in exchange for your shop in the divorce).
 
I've got nothin to add except :laughing: that was a funny damn read!
