I have 113 cases of expired Red Bull Cola I need to get rid of and no clue how to go about doing it. I would like to get money for all the cans (about 2712...) but I don't want to crack open every single one, one at a time.

You can give them to me! LOLZ!!!!111
No.

Will the local scrap places take them still bundled up? Should I rent a steam roller and go about it that way?
I am all ears for ideas.

I thought about unloading on them, but in all honesty I just don't want to deal with loading them all up, driving 20 mins, unloading them all, shooting them, then picking up everything, then driving back into town. The less I have to handle them the better.

Sounds like time to have a party at your place.

Seriously - donate them for a huge tax write off or bring them to an event like ECORS.

Problem is they're expired. So for every two or three good there might be one bad... and that is something that I am not trying to figure out in my mouth, because that crap is gross.

really? I didnt think Red Bull 'went bad', but you would be the expert. How old is it? Mix it with vodka, that should take the old out of it.

Personally I like the steamroller idea.

Just be sure to get it on video.

The unfortunate truth is, wherever you empty them, it wil lbe a really big nasty sticky wet mess. I really wouldn't want to have to clean that up.

Is reclaiming the cans really worth it? I don't see how teh payback can be worth dealing with that mess + collecting the cans afterwards.

Now on the "party" idea - it could be kinda a fun party, get 15 guys together with a few cases of beer. Prize to the guy that can open and empty the most cans in the shortest time.
So just for refeence, are we talking like a pallet of cans?

Oh for sure.

No it's a partial pallet... well 31 short of a full pallet. I think it would be hard to get enough guys together to make that "fun". It might not be worth it to save the cans, but that is why I'm trying to figure out ideas. I'm going to go with whatever is easiest

And yes, it goes bad.

Seriously, lay the cases out and run over them with your truck. Should get them all flattened out easily and then you just need to load em up. Most would still be in the cases with very little to clean up. Heck, just make two straight lines with them in front of your tires. Should work great and I don't think they could hold up to the weight? If they do, just get a bigger truck. :D

Or if you know a buddy who works at a place that has a cardboard bailer and doesn't mind have one hell of a mess that'd work too. :p

Get a dunk booth, fill with redbull & put Dylan in it (all that redbull may give him a growth spurt:lol:). Charge $1 a throw donate to your favorite charity.

party idea, as long as you mix it properly with the jager or vodka you won't have any worries, Figure get everyone to bring a pint or 5th of there favorite booze to mix with it and have a can disposal area. Im down to help anytime :D
Perfect idea for a meet up, but gotta provide camping area since none of us should drive home.

To make things interesting, whoever gets an bad one gets a complimentary beer for the trouble LOL

Curious, how does one come to possess that much red bull cough syrup.

One must become a Red Bull employee.

I can't sell them like that either.

No parties; do you think my friends would be thrilled about skunked drinks when they know damn well I can just get fresh ones?

Could someone else sell them and split the proceeds, LOL just kidding.

I love some red bull but the cola just seems way too thik to drink...reminds me of cough syrup

Most drink companies buy them back if they expire and then recycle them. I only know this because I work for Coca Cola. Are you sure they will not buy any of these back? I believe they discontinued this item, right?

If I had to load them up the dump would be the only place I unloaded them, unless I was giving them to someone that was going to unload/help unload them.

Should bring more weight @ TTE...plus if they get hot & burst...they're used to exploding canisters there...

I think they would support my truck, I might just try though.

I tried the truck thing before. Believe it or not, it didn't work. Once you get all 4 tires up on the cans, they will suport the weight ( for the most part ).

Do you know anybody that races round track? They pour cola on the pit stalls for more grip.
