Getting rusted drum off

If you're feeling fabby
Drill 1/2" hole in drum aligned with the face of the shaft flange. Weld 7/16" nut to drum. Run 7/16" bolt in and it'll walk the drum off.
Like how some manufacturers have threaded holes for drum removal

Cutting torch.
Start at a top edge and when you get through the drum and hit the hub face it will blow slag everywhere, then start moving down.
I have way too much experience removing bearing races like this with no damage.
