The advice I always got was...you call a professional every other time you need something fixed in life...so why not when it comes to the law. So yeah, I say get a lawyer. I've usually spent in the $250-350 range for a lawyer, but it's money well spent...so far 5 violations, and nothing on my record. I agree, p4j is a good route to take, but as stated...it's earmarked on her record for a period of time...and if she gets anything else within that time, it comes back from the dead. You may also wanna try improper equipment...that's my standby.
