GO KART PARTS

I am looking for a belt for a Go Kart. The Kart is made by Carter and does not have a belt to go from the torque converter to the clutch. My wife and her x purchased it off of Craigslist for my Stepson. I am constantly wrenching on something so the thought was that it would be no problem to fix. I looked around at my local small engine shop they had a belt but it was not the right size so I am beat right now. I live near Raleigh any advice would be great. (919)986-0064 text me please.

What type of CVT?

Whats the CL measurement between the primary and secondary clutch?

use this as a starting point to determine what type of belt you need and the size...

i bought one at tractor supply...they have a section in the store with go cart stuff

That is most likely your issue. Buy a Comet or similar and get it from a Go Cart supply and you won't have issues finding a belt...

Either way, check the link and see if it helps with identifying a belt type and size

I do have a polaris CVT primary and secondary for keyed 1" shafts sitting here at the house if I can find it. The springs and weights have been changed to work on a B&S 10hp motor and lock up pretty quick if you need it.
