My boys really want a go kart for Christmas. What's a "good" one. The Coleman one from tsc looks ok. What say ye?

Got the boys a mini moto go kart from the interpreters. Not bad, I've had to change a few bearings but nothing unexpected.

But the carb. This thing runs super lean. You have to choke it to get it to start pretty much every time. Its recently gotten to where it will randomly cut off while they're riding. Choke it and pull the cord and it will fire back up. I can't find a fuel adjustment on this carb. Internet says they're not adjustable and that you have to change jets instead. Jets are almost as expensive as a new carb on Amazon. Not expensive either way but I'd rather have something I can tune a little without taking g it apart swapping jets. Engine is a 5.5hp, looks just like a predator. Can anyone recommend a carb?

I’ve got one my cheap ass picked up a year ago and gave to my son. It needed work and came with a motor. Motor was the wrong output and after a new carb was giving me issues we swapped on of those HO predator motors (I jumped in CCs šŸ˜Ž) and it’s enough to freak me out when I back the governor off.

Motors swap was sub 200. New tire (big frigging back ones) was 200 and the cart was 200. I welded some old harnesses to the cage and it’s good to go. I swear it will go damn news 30 with me in it wide open.
