Game is on now.

We have had a great time in Phoenix, wish this one would have turned out different but so proud of my boys all the same

That was the pooch kick that special teams coordinators and kickers dream of. Perfect execution. Dabo got out coached right there.
This changed the whole game. It put Alabama in the driver's seat for the rest of the game. I still think that goal line stand with a minute and a half was big. For the most part they shut Henry down.

Meh. It was a good call, but you could argue it was illegal. In fact the SEC started that it was.

11/29/14 Clemson ran the same play against SC and the SEC crew officiating the game ruled that kickoffs kicked into the air or directly into the ground (only once)and bounced into the air could not be caught first by the receiving team due to kick catch interference rules. That's what Dabo was gping nuts over.

Yeah and there is also a grey area rule involving the kicker actually being offsides due to where his body is in relation to the ball/kick. It happened with TN vs Missou a few years ago. But the shitty part about that rule is that on every kickoff, a kicker's opposite arm and plant foot break this rule for a split second. Its just more exaggerated on an onsides kick.
