Going to a 24' trailer, is it as big as I'm anticipating?

I'm getting out of my 20' car hauler and was looking at a 24' version of the same thing. I'm trying to fit a utv and my jeep on the same thing, while also staying as light as possible.

Anyone pulling 24's out there? Is it that much different than an 18' or 20' as far as road manners? This will be a bumper pull, I was somewhat concerned about the whole setup, just looking for feedback from those towing a similar package.

Why not park the sxs sideways on the 20?

When I bought the trailer, that was my intent as 90% of UTVs would fit. But I scored an unbeatable deal on an Arctic Cat Wildcat and they have a 90" wheelbase and are 120" overall. My 20' trailer is the standard 83" wide.

While you could widen the deck to fender width, you would technically need flags when towing it

Yes, it's as big as it looks  That's what she said!

With the Wildcat up front and the Jeep over the tires on the trailer, you should be fine as long as you can get the weight far enough forward to put some tongue weight on the tow rig and not have everything ass heavy. With a well loaded/balanced trailer, the length doesn't really matter within reason.

Any reason you couldnt make some extension ramps like the 4 car haulers use? Or maybe some type of angled ramp on the back of the jeep where you could pull the wildcat up at like a 30-45 degree angle?

Top pick is my Ranger on a typical 18' trailer. It worked, but I had no extra room for anything. Bottom pic is on my 24' trailer. Tons of extra room as I can move the truck further forward or back depending on additional cargo. I waivered on getting a 20' but I'm very happy with my decision to get a 24'.
You'll never wish you had a smaller/less useful trailer.
I bought mine from Kaufman and couldn't be happier. My sales rep Paul Pence went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. They will custom build you the trailer you want for a very reasonable price.
