What are you doing with the chickens? Running a heat lamp? Sometimes chickens with big combs will get frostbite on their heads when it gets this cold.

.....that bottles almost empty!! how will you survive?
How long is the "safe" life on those plug in pipe heat strips? Just found one and plugged it in under the house. Looked to be in good shape and heated quickly. The pervious owner had put in.
New 50/50 is about -30 If it gets that cold were all out of luck.just out of curiosity what is a "normal" freezing temp for 50/50 coolant? its -3 here and dropping, it sucks
Thanks! Mines only a couple months old, I think I'm good to go.New 50/50 is about -30 If it gets that cold were all out of luck.
50/50 is ~ -37°F, 225° coolant boil over
70/30 is ~ -65°F ~ 235° boil over thats 70% antifreeze to 30% water, overkill for most of us.
