I'm seeing pics of 4 structures and some of that wood looks like it could be in fine shape for sawing/planing and reusing. I would hope a deal could be made to remove it all for next to nothing.
 
Having lived in a historically recognized city as dynamic as Charleston SC, I have seen old furniture and building materials in so-so condition sold and used for high end period correct restorations. This is probably not one of those but I would be willing to bet an old plantation owner would pay good $$ to touch up his 19th century barn with this. Wanna make great $? Rip up some 200 year old hardwood floors and sell it to a custom home builder in Savannah.
