Good, free, Android mp3 player

Well, Android 7 is dumb. They broke goggle music from playing mp3s. About to order a better older phone to go back to Android 4.4. anyone got a decent mp3 player app they like? I'm not going to pay for data to listen to crap music or music I like that I have already. Suggestions?

I use the samsung player that came with my phone. Next time I get up with you, I have about 13K + songs. I'll bring my external drive and you can download all and keep what you like.
