With all the 4x4Cross videos etc, I figure this willcome up...

Any recomendations o na good free program for trimming/editing/converting videos - AVI, FLV etc?

Next Video Converter is one its free. i havent messed with it much so dont know if it is what your looking for.

media-convert is good for combining lots of video different files together. you can even trim some seconds off, not milliseconds though.
