Good or bad water pump? That tis the question...

already afraid to drive it, thinking it is goin to overheat. I've been doing minor stuff on it for 3-4 years now, this is the forst thing that I have done as far as taking the engine apart. Been lurking on this board for parts and not so much tech stuff. I will definitely do more asking here now. Thanks for the help
