PBS show coming on Thursday....taking cameras and peeking into the Arizona.

Is this good, or bad?

It is what it is, I would be ok with it even if I had family members down there.

I think it's awesome they are doing this. I will try to watch it. The Arizona is one of the most significant symbols of the day that completely changed the United States, and younger generations have no clue of the significance.

I think if I had a family member that had been on the Arizona I would be ok with this and excited that it's being talked about on a national stage again.

Just a few years ago while working on Oahu in my free time we would visit the memorial about once a month. It was amazing to me every time that I went while on the boat ride over everyone was loud and cutting up and on the ride back no one would make a sound. It is unbelievable to me the sacrifices that were made on that historic day at Pearl Harbor. On more than 1 occasions standing over the Arizona wondering to myself why have we not explored into the depths of our history.

We were in Berlin at the Holocaust museum 3/4 summers ago and I was really surprised at the way people were acting.Being loud,running around playin grab ass and hidin behind things tryin to scare people.For those that don't know the museum is outside and has a series of concrete structures/slabs in various heights to represent different types of people who were victims of the holocaust.People were sitting on them eatin a snack,rubbin their feet and generally actin like they were sitting on a park bench.
