05 Rubicon 4.0 pushing the antifreeze out into the overflow but won't pull it back into radiator? One day it will run 195 then the next 215? I replaced the radiator cap, thermostat and checked the fan? HELP?

210 is normal for a 4.0. I wouldn't worry about 215 at all. Are you having any problems other than running 215 some days?

pressure test the system. only reason I have seen it fill the resevoir without it emptying back to the motor is if there is a leak somewhere, because basically when the coolant cools off, it creates a vacuum and pulls the coolant back in to the system

The fluctuation in it doing it and not. One day no problem next day doing it. The temp is not as concerning as the pushing out of the radiator and not pulling it back. It will overflow the reservoir and not pull anything back? One person said air pocket in system but I don't know?

check to make sure the overflow hose has no nicks in it and seals well.. other than that, you've got me stumped. (basically it is the coolant cooling off, creates a vacuum to draw the fluid back from the overflow, so a pinhole leak may cause it not to draw back in.. I remember one time got my jeep real hot and I could stand and watch it suck back from the overflow bottle, literally see the fluid level start to drop in 30 seconds)

Thanks everyone, GURU Jody Treadway answered it. I had an air pocket in the system. I drained about a gal out of system took small hose off of thermostat housing, then filled radiator till it came out where I took hose off. Replaced hose finish filling radiator and I've had no problems all day. Thanks GURU!
