Bought a 02 tj last weekend anyways when I got it the hard top wasn't latched so I started checking into it today. I can pick the rear of hard top up and get it to latch but the rear won't slide down over the rear of tub. I have my spreader bars loosed all the way up and slid back as far as I can. What am I missing? Does the thick rubber over top of windshield stay on for hardtop or come off seems like that's what's holding it up now idk any help would be welcome bout to cut the spreader bars or something
