those of you with custom link suspensions... what are you using for coil springs? what are the springs holding up (ie engine, tools, spare tires, etc...) front and rear? what axles?

most of you im sure have seen my plans but here is a rundown for those who havent:
91 reg cab yota
tube bed
5.0 efi
np435
np203/205 doubler
hp60 front- 3 link w/ panhard
14b ff rear- 3 or 4 link- havent decided yet
42" iroks (?)

i need something that will hold the weight of a v8 with about 350-400+ pounds of cast iron hanging off the back of it although the cab and frame is fairly light (being yota stuff and not full size) and a well stocked tool box along w/ a 40"+ spare... obviously, i need something stiff enough to hold the weight but i dont want it to ride stiff as hell... seems like people have had luck with tj lift coils and v8 grand cherokee coils but i know nothing about either... i would think a lift coil of some sort would be better due to the overall length and should give me less trouble as far as trying to pop out due to the coil unseating during flex, i just dont know what applications will fit what i am trying to do...

so... what do you run? and what are your opinions?
