Alright I need some help with this. My truck is an 89 F250 with a D60 swapped in up front. 37" military takeoff's, Shackle reversal with superduty springs and a zero-rate. Ballistic Fab high steer springless arm on the pass side with one ton TRE's on the drag link. The center link still has the Ford TRE's. Rebuilt everything from the inner C's out.

After performing my SAS I had a wobble in the front end somewhere about 45-55 mph. and one day it became the Death wobble. Got the truck home and went over everything. Found nothing to be in bad shape, but I replaced the only TRE that wasn't new and put a washer in the kingpin cap on the driver side. Problem was now solved. Have been driving the truck since and no problems until recently. Friday I noticed a wobble comming back but only in a minor state. Today it was on the virge of DW yet again.

What am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated, because the only thing left that I can think of is Hydro assist.
Here is the best picture I have of the front end. This is pre Zero-rates

my sased 4runner wabbled saturday night after wheelin. I found the steering stablizer was loose. I tighted the nut and it drove fine the rest of the way home. (3hrs) maybe you should add one? (dont see one)

Honestly I have not even checked. From all the reading on shackle reversals, I never came across anything related to death wobble. So I assumed it to be good. I will check on that tomorrow. Had my girlfriend move the steering wheel back and forth while I checked for play. Truck was parked on concrete and nothing underneath is worn. But the steering wheel has alot of movement back and forth that doesn't move the pitman. So I checked the rag joint ( if thats what it still is called ) and it was tight. All the play that is in the steering system is inside the Gear box. Is there a way to tighten it up or should I just rebuild the thing? Am I right in thinking that the play could be part of the problem?

check caster first, then check wheel bearings or unit bearings whichever you got, buddy did the washer in the kingpin thing, fixed his?
